Everything you need to know about ordering your personalized Kind Magnets
How do I order my personalised magnets?
Simply choose your magnet quantity, upload your favourite photos, add the order to your cart and checkout. We’ll take care of the rest!
What photos should I upload?
For the best results, choose clear, high-quality photos with good lighting. Original photos from your phone or camera usually work best.
Try to avoid blurry, dark, heavily filtered or low-resolution images.
The photos will be cropped to be a square so if you have a group of people, please ensure they can be cropped.
Can I use screenshots?
You can, however screenshots may be lower quality than the original photo. We always recommend uploading the original image where possible for the best print quality.
Will my photos be cropped?
Your photo may need to be slightly cropped or repositioned to fit the shape and size of the magnet.
We recommend choosing photos where faces and important details aren’t too close to the edges.
Will colours look exactly like they do on my phone?
Colours can vary slightly between your phone or computer screen and the finished printed magnet. Small colour variations are completely normal with printed products.
Can I use the same photo more than once?
Absolutely! If you’d like multiple magnets made using the same photo, you can upload the same image more than once.
What size are the magnets?
Our magnets are 50mm x 50 mm
They’re the perfect size for displaying your favourite memories on your fridge, magnetic board or other suitable magnetic surface.
How long will my order take to make?
As every Kind Magnet order is personalised and made especially for you, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be created before shipping.
Processing times may be slightly longer during sales, Christmas and other busy periods.
If you would like your order shipped ASAP, please send an email to kindmagnets@gmail.com with your request and we will try to accommodate you.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location and the delivery service selected at checkout.
Please note that order processing times is separate from the shipping timeframe. Your order must first be processed before it is dispatched for delivery.
We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Once your order has been collected by Australia Post, delivery times are managed by the carrier and are outside of our control.
At checkout, you can choose between Standard and Express shipping options, depending on your location and availability.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes! Kind Magnets ships Australia-wide.
Can I change my photos after placing my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at kindmagnets@gmail.com.
If we haven’t started creating your magnets yet, we’ll do our best to help. Once production has started, we may not be able to make changes.
Can I cancel my order?
As our magnets are personalised specifically for your, orders generally cannot be cancelled once our production has started.
If you’ve just placed an order and need help, please contact us as soon as possible.
Do you accept returns?
As our magnets are personalised using your photographs, we generally don’t accept returns for change of mind.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if there is a problem with your product.
What happens if my magnets arrive damaged or there is a problem with my order?
We are here to help!
Please email kindmagnets@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos showing the problem.
We’ll assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
What happens to the photos I upload?
Your photos are used to create and fulfil your personalised Kind Magnets order.
We won’t use your personal photographs for social media, advertising or promotional purposed without your permission.

Can you use photos of my children?
Yes! You can upload family photographs, including photos of your children, provided you have the right or permission to use the images.
Your uploaded photos will not be used for marketing or social media without your permission.
Can I order magnets as a gift?
Absolutely! Kind Magnets make a thoughtful and personalised gift for birthdays, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, grandparents, Christmas, anniversaries, new babies and so many other special occasions.
You can also add an Event Magnet to your order to make your gift extra special. This acts as a personalised card and can include a message for the occasion, such as “Merry Christmas” or “Happy Birthday”, along with who the gift is from, such as “Love Elena x” or “From Jeremiah”.
It’s a beautiful little keepsake they can enjoy on their fridge alongside their favourite memories.
Can I order magnets for a wedding, birthday or special event?
Yes! Our personalised magnets are perfect for Save the Dates, weddings, birthdays, baby announcements and other special occasions.
